Natural Rejuvenation 1-2-1 Session
A personalised online session with Qigong, Face Yoga, Face Qigong, breathwork and embodied awareness to support natural vitality, stress release, energy flow and inner balance. These gentle 1-2-1 sessions are for you if you feel the effects of stress, self-neglect, ageing, tension or life transitions in your face, body, breath or energy. Together, we create a practice that meets you where you are. Depending on your needs, we may work with Qigong, Face Yoga, Face Qigong, breathwork, posture, energy awareness, emotional balance and simple practices you can continue at home. Natural Rejuvenation is not about forcing yourself to change. It is about learning to listen to your body, respond with care and allow your natural vitality to return from within.
What We May Work With
Each session is shaped around your current needs and may include Qigong for the body, breath and energy system, Face Yoga and Face Qigong for facial awareness and natural expression, breathwork for grounding and inner balance, posture and body awareness, and gentle reflection to help you listen to the body’s deeper signals. Depending on what feels most supportive, we may also draw from Five Element Qigong, Eight Trigram Qigong and, soon, Meridian Qigong.
Why Face Yoga and Face Qigong?
Many people first come to this work because they notice stress, tension or ageing in the face. Face Yoga offers specific facial techniques that can support tone, circulation, awareness and natural expression. In my work, these practices are also held within a deeper Face Qigong approach. This means we do not work with the face in isolation. We connect the face with breath, posture, emotional holding, energy flow and the whole body. The face is not separate from your life. It listens, responds, protects, expresses and holds. Through gentle practice, it can also soften, brighten and return to a more natural expression of vitality.
Why Qigong?
Qigong is a gentle yet powerful movement practice that works with the body, breath, posture, awareness and energy flow. In these sessions, Qigong helps us listen to what the body is holding and respond through movement, breath and presence. It may support grounding, release tension, restore a sense of flow, strengthen body awareness and help the nervous system settle. This is not about performing complicated movements or getting everything perfect. It is about creating a living relationship with your body, so you can begin to feel where energy is stuck, where support is needed, and where your natural vitality wants to return. Depending on your needs, we may draw from Five Element Qigong, Eight Trigram Qigong and, soon, Meridian Qigong. Each practice is chosen to meet you where you are, whether you need more grounding, clarity, strength, softness, emotional balance or inner steadiness.
Who This Session Is For
This session may be especially supportive if you feel stress showing in your face, jaw, eyes, neck, shoulders or posture, want a natural and holistic approach to rejuvenation, feel disconnected from your body, breath or energy, are moving through transition, tiredness, burnout or emotional change, or would like help creating a simple practice that feels realistic and nourishing.
What Happens in a Session?
We begin with a short check-in, noticing what is present in your body, face, breath and energy. From there, I guide you through a personalised practice. This may include Qigong, Face Yoga, Face Qigong, breathwork, posture, release work, grounding practices or energy awareness. At the end of the session, you receive a simple home practice so you can continue integrating the work in daily life. You will leave with more than a class. You will leave with a practice that has been shaped around you.

Hanna Sahlman is a certified White Tiger Qigong instructor, Face Yoga teacher, NLP Practitioner, Natural Rejuvenation Coach and founder of Yours Featured. Her work brings together Qigong, Face Yoga, Face Qigong, breathwork, embodied awareness and natural rejuvenation practices to support the face, body and energy system as one connected whole. Through her own practice and teaching, Hanna helps learners soften stress, reconnect with their body, improve facial awareness, restore energy flow and build simple practices that support natural vitality from within. Her approach is gentle, practical and deeply personal, helping each learner feel more grounded, present and connected to themselves.
