There was a time when I never thought much about aging. But in my early forties, I caught my reflection in a harsh light - and it stopped me. The face looking back at me was tired and drained. My cheeks had lost their lift, my eyes were shadowed, my skin dull and reactive. Beneath it all, I was living in constant stress, depleted in body and spirit after years of imbalance and emotional strain.

That moment became a turning point. I began a deep journey of healing - first through Buddhism and its teachings on awareness and compassion, then through Reiki, which helped open and balance my energy.

Soon after, I discovered Face Yoga, and for the first time, I felt my face come alive again. I learned how to release the stored emotions, soften tension, and awaken expression from within. My healing deepened with White Tiger Qigong, a form of Daoist Medicinal Qigong that brought strength, grounding, and vitality to my entire system. To bridge ancient wisdom with modern understanding, I studied NLP, exploring the power of the mind to transform how we think, feel, and age.

Over time, my face and body changed - but even more profoundly, my relationship with myself transformed.

Yours Featured was born from that journey: a path of returning home to the body, restoring balance, and awakening natural rejuvenation from within.

Today, it’s my calling to share what I’ve learned and guide others back to their own radiant, authentic selves - to help you reverse the signs of stress, self-neglect, and aging by reconnecting with the natural wisdom already within you.

    Most practices take between 10 and 20 minutes. You can easily fit them into your morning or evening routine, or even take a mindful break during the day.

  • Will this help with puffiness, fine lines, and dark circles?

    Yes. The exercises stimulate circulation, tone the muscles around the eyes, and support lymphatic flow — all of which can reduce puffiness, soften lines, and brighten the eye area naturally.

  • What if I wear contact lenses or glasses?

    You can safely practise all exercises. Simply remove your contact lenses before doing the eye movements if they feel uncomfortable.

  • How is this course different from other face yoga programs?
